Smoothie orange-mangue & coco

Les températures remontent doucement (ou plutôt se sont affolées à la fin du mois de mars pour redescendre ensuite), c’était suffisant pour lancer la saison des smoothies ! Celui-ci est :

✔️ Sans lactose ✔️ Sans sucre raffiné ✔️ Super frais ✔️ Onctueux et.. vraiment trop, trop, trop bon !

Ingrédients

Pour environ 1L de smoothie (il est bien sûr possible de diviser les quantités par 2) ;

  • 1 mangue
  • 22cl de lait de coco
  • 1 pamplemousse
  • 3 oranges

Préparation

Couper la mangue en petits dés et la mixer avec le lait de coco (idéalement bien frais, qui sort du frigo).

Ajouter le jus du pamplemousse et des oranges, mixer à nouveau pour homogénéiser.

Servir immédiatement et profiter du petit goût d’été et de vacances..
